I had a chance to experience what it feels like to really give back. This weekend my sister and I joined the Savion Foundation with Feeding the Homeless in Atlanta, GA. I have volunteered doing other things in the past, but I have not done anything that can compare to putting a smile on someone else’s face. Listening to all of their stories was a beautiful experience, these ladies and gentlemen once had jobs, families, and homes. It was an amazing event because it was coordinated by kids, and we were allowed to do the serving and greeting to all the people that came in for a hot breakfast. Volunteering is so much fun! I would like to thank the Savion Foundation for the opportunity to be a service to others.
